Epiretinal membrane
The epiretinal membrane (cellophane macula)
3D widefield Optical coherence tomography (OCT) – wide angle three-dimensional optical coherence tomography (retinal scanner)
Optical Coherent Tomography (OT) is a non-invasive method for the imaging of retinal diseases. The apparatus operates on the principle of coherent light rays, and there is no radiation for the patient. The information we provide is a histological section across the entire thickness of the retina – visualizes all the layers of the retina and determines the site of the disorder. It is most commonly used in macular degeneration, occlusion, macular edema, macular hole, adhesion between the retina and vitreous body, and a number of other inflammatory and degenerative diseases.
OCT Glaucoma – This is a modification of the device that allows the measurement of the thickness of the nerve fibers in the retina. Proved most objective method in glaucoma diagnosis.
Front OCT – visualizes all corneal problems – keratoconus, scarring, anterior angle and lens position measurement.
